When you register and subscribe, we collect: (a) your name and email address, (b) your password in hashed form (bcrypt), (c) your shipping address (for hardware delivery), (d) your subscription status and Stripe customer ID, (e) hardware activity associated with your account. Payment card details are collected and stored exclusively by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to operate the Service, process subscription payments, ship hardware, send transactional emails (welcome, renewal, shipping confirmation), provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third Parties
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service:
- Stripe — payment processing
- MongoDB / Cloud hosting — application data storage
- Shipping carriers — hardware delivery
4. Cookies
We use a single authentication token stored in your browser’s local storage to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active and for up to 7 years after closure to satisfy tax and accounting obligations.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@bitcoinlotteryminer.online. EU, UK, and California residents have additional rights under GDPR / CCPA which we honor.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Payment data is handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
